Collect recurring purchases on one card

Are your software costs scattered like digital confetti? With Subscription cards, you get a clear overview of costs for licences, recurring purchases and subscriptions.

Maintain continuity during change

When recurring purchases are tied to an individual employee, they become vulnerable when someone leaves. With the right setup in place, you can avoid disruptions and ensure continuity.

Change the cardholder – keep the same card

With Subscription cards, you can change the cardholder as needed whilst retaining the same payment details with your suppliers. Manage cards and cardholders directly in Mynt for a smoother payment flow.

Full traceability throughout the card’s lifecycle

Security isn’t about restriction, but about staying on top of things. With Subscription cards, you get a complete history of the card’s entire lifecycle, from the first purchase to the last receipt. This allows you to track everything from costs and spending limits to cardholders.

FAQ Subscription cards

What are Subscription cards used for?

Subscription cards are designed to consolidate and secure recurring expenses, such as: IT services, SaaS services, advertising costs from Meta, Google and LinkedIn, or other types of supplier costs.

Can an entire department use the same card?

Yes. The card can be used by several employees, but it always has a designated owner. If the owner leaves, changes role or is on leave, you can assign a new owner to the same card – and retain the card number and payment flows with suppliers.

Can Subscription cards be added to Apple Pay or Google Pay?

No. The Subscription Card is a digital card for online payments to suppliers. You can view card details in the Mynt web or mobile app.

Is the Subscription card free?

The Subscription Card is included in Mynt Premium and Enterprise. With these subscriptions, you can add a card for supplier expenses to each department or team. Read more about pricing.

What does the card audit trail show?

The card history provides a complete record of the card, including who has been the cardholder over time, changes to spending limits, who has frozen or closed the card, as well as transactions and associated documentation.
