Out-of-pocket expense mean purchases that employees make with private funds on behalf of the company and then get the money back for.
With Mynts out-of-pocket expenses, purchases made on private cards can be added and displayed in the same way as if the purchases was made with a company card from Mynt. An administrator can review the purchase and pay the money back to the employees through the payroll system.
Currently, we do not support these features, but the functionality is under development.
The AI scanning takes place in the cloud environment of Mynt within the EU.
You can make the reimbursement using your payroll system or with manual payments as usual, but all data for amounts and people who are due back can be easily reconciled with Mynt. By having all expenses in the same system as you handle purchases made on the company purchase, you get a better overview of what the company has purchased and for how much.
